What we collect
Public pages can be read without an account. Owner and representative and client accounts store a username or email, name, a protected password hash, and account status. We do not store the password itself. The sales portal stores prospect and client contact details, sales notes, quote requests and decisions, commission records, and payment references. Onboarding records include your legal name, business name if supplied, mailing address, work state, notice email, the exact documents reviewed, electronic consent, signatures, signing timestamps, and a document integrity hash. You and Christopher can download your signed records. Contact Christopher for copies after account access ends. Do not enter bank account numbers, payment-card details, or taxpayer identifiers in the portal.
Client workspaces store business and location details, invited contacts, agreed project scopes, progress updates, deliverable editions, review decisions and timestamps, and request conversations. Active contacts in a business can see that business’s shared workspace and locations. Christopher manages access and can review all client workspaces. External file links retain the sharing permissions of their providers. Password recovery messages pass through our email delivery provider.
If you email us or submit the contact form, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, company details, and the problem you want to discuss.
How we use it
We use the information you send to reply, understand your business needs, prepare requested work, and maintain our working relationship.
We do not sell your personal information.
Account information verifies owner, representative, and client access. Short-lived sign-in attempt records, including hashed IP addresses, help limit repeated login attempts. Cloudflare also uses hashed connection and email identifiers to limit repeated contact form submissions.
Site delivery
Our hosting provider may process standard connection data, including IP addresses, device information, and page requests, to deliver and protect this website. Contact submissions and quote-request notifications pass through Cloudflare and our email delivery provider to reach Christopher. Representatives can access their own assigned sales records; Christopher can review all portal records.
We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. An essential session cookie keeps each account signed in for up to eight hours. Signing out revokes that session.
Mobile app
The CederBI app opens the same secure website and portals. The account, sales, and signing information described above stays in the same CederBI systems. The app remembers your preferred workspace on your device and checks whether an internet connection is available. It does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or location. Signing out in the portal ends that portal session; closing the app alone does not sign you out.
On Android, requested document downloads pass through private temporary app storage before you choose where to save them. Saved copies remain in the location you select and are under your control.
Keeping information
We keep correspondence and business records only as long as we need them for the reason they were collected, our legitimate business needs, or legal requirements.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information when the law allows.
