How long does a Systems Build take?
Typically 5–8 weeks from scope kickoff to launch. Depends on complexity, but most hospitality operations can see results in that window. We work in 2-week sprints with visible progress.
Do you replace my existing tools?
No. I integrate with what you already have — Square, Toast, Shopify, Zapier. Your team doesn't learn new software. The dashboard just pulls from your existing systems and surfaces what matters.
What if I'm not sure where to start?
That's exactly what the Operations Audit is for. $350 for 2–3 hours. You get clarity on what's broken, what's fixable, what the timeline looks like, and what it costs. No obligation to continue.
Is this just software development?
No. I'm not a dev agency. I start with your operational reality — how you actually run things. Then I build systems that fit that reality. The code is the last 30%. The first 70% is understanding your business.
Who do I contact after launch?
Me. That's the point. You're not handed off to support. If something breaks, changes, or needs tweaking, I fix it. If you're on a retainer, I'm your ongoing partner. If it's project-based, we include 4 weeks of post-launch support.
Why is your roster small?
Because this kind of work requires real time and attention. You can't do it well if you're juggling 15 clients. I work with 3–4 retainer clients plus project-based work. You need real access, not a junior person with my brand.
